Modal is a man-made natural fibre extracted from Beech tree cellulose. Imitating rayon-like features, modal is a soft & flowy fabric. Coming from nature, Modal is 100% biodegradable making it an eco-friendly choice. Using various weaving techniques, it can be made into modal satin, modal silk, modal muslin & other fabric types.
Modal fabrics have a smooth texture & are soft to touch. Modal is often mixed with other fibre like silk, viscose, cotton, etc to enhance its features.
This fabric can be dyed in your favourite shades using all types of dyes, be it natural, pigment, reactive & more.
